Job Description
The Construction & Manufacturing Team supports all delivery groups across Haskell and projects throughout Mexico.
It provides field management personnel—from craft workers to Project Superintendents—along with logistical support such as per diem allowances, company trucks for superintendents, and coordination of team arrival on projects.
The team also offers training and development opportunities ranging from entry‐level courses to apprenticeship programs.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and facilitate Field Kick-Off meetings with project teams.Ensure that all pre‐start deliverables are complete:Contract documentationSafety plansPermits and licensesBaseline scheduleValidate that field teams have:Required resourcesUpdated technical informationAccess to systems and job siteFollow up on critical pending items before project startup.Align involved departments (engineering, safety, procurement, operations).
