Monitor & review the cost of stores & spares procurement for cost effective purchases.
Vendor Development-
Review vendor rating of existing & identification of new vendors for quality, cost and delivery improvements.
Lead time reduction & Management Information System
SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives
People Management and Development: Coordinating with external and internal stakeholders. Build & sustain a conductive work culture within project to enhance productivity of project through involving people for growth & motivating them for implementing new technology, innovation,
