Fleet Manager – Transportation & Maintenance Operations

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience) + 3 weeks vacation + tool, booth & clothing allowance + comprehensive benefits package

We are currently recruiting a Fleet Manager on behalf of a well-established and growing transportation organization. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced fleet professional with a strong background in vehicle maintenance operations, procurement, budgeting, and team leadership within a transportation or heavy-duty fleet environment.

The successful candidate will oversee fleet operations, maintenance facilities, vendor relationships, and a team of licensed technicians and support staff, while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and cost control across the division.
