Position Overview
Our Client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flexographic Printer Operator to join their dynamic production team. Experience with either narrow-web or wide-web flexographic printing processes required.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate flexographic printing presses.
- Conduct press checks to verify colour accuracy, print quality, and registration.
- Monitor press operations and adjust settings to maintain optimal output.
- Mix and manage solvent-based ink formulations to meet colour specifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and job logs.
- Clean and maintain press components, including anilox rollers and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out minor repairs or adjustments.
