Rishworth is seeking an experienced Flight Concierge Manager to lead and manage all aspects of VIP operations. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional, end-to-end concierge services, ensuring seamless, discreet, and personalized experiences for high-net-worth clients and distinguished guests.

This is based at Seletar Airport, offering the opportunity to play a key leadership role within a dynamic FBO environment, working closely with operational teams, airport authorities, and key stakeholders.
 
Job Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day planning, coordination, execution, and performance monitoring of aircraft ground handling and trip support operations. 
Personally meet and greet clients to ensure a warm welcome and smooth service experience. 
Ensure effective resolution of service issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
