About the Role

This Floating Support Worker is based in the Generic Floating Support Service, Blaenau Gwent. The team provide tenancy related support to individuals with the aim to reduce the risk of homelessness and manage tenancies. You will provide support to a range of individuals with varying needs, which can include challenging behaviour, mental health issues, learning difficulties, substance misuse. Through guidance and support, you will equip customers with the knowledge, skills and tools they need to live independent lives.
