What You'll Be Doing
- Installing and repairing a range of flooring types including vinyl, carpet, laminate, safety flooring, and tiles repair to Installing Polysafe safety flooring, cap and cove installation for wet rooms
- Carrying out planned and responsive maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties
- Ensuring all work meets high standards of finish, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Working independently or as part of a wider repairs team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a floorlayer in domestic or social housing settings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
