What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Floor Manager. Together with the Operations Manager and HR Manager, you are in charge at your site. Giving direction to the project leaders and quality team. Your main tasks are to take responsibility over the administrative and operational tasks on your site. We would appreciate it if you: 

Have a bachelor or master diploma 
Are fluent in Dutch and French 
Are a flexible and social colleague as we highly value our family-feels 
Have a hands-on-mentality 
Can (and like to) think out-of-the-box
