Supervise the activity of the restaurant floor for (Server & Captain).
Able to open and close the restaurant, track food and beverage inventory, and order supplies
Able to conduct daily briefings, manage all service Staff, and create daily manning.
Handle customer feedback as well as perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the Restaurant Manager
Job Requirements
Minimum 1-year experience as Supervisor, with overseas hospitality experiences, will be an advantage
Highly committed, outgoing, energetic, and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude.
Strong managerial and communication skills are a MUST.
Must be a highly committed individual.
Fluent in English
Well-groomed and presentable
