Job Description
Supervise the daily floor operations of the restaurant
Ensure smooth coordination between FOH and BOH teams
Lead and guide service staff during operations
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Handle guest enquiries and resolve feedback professionally
Assist in staff scheduling and manpower coordination
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and overall restaurant presentation
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards
Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant
Support management in achieving operational and sales targets
Train and mentor junior service staff
