Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the flower freshness in all displays and arrangements.
- Ensure outlet flower arrangements and deliveries are made timely.
- Receive floral deliveries and ensure the qualities of flowers meet the required standards.
- Support new floral design and ideas for all areas preparations to Supervisor, Assistant Manager and Manager.
- Prepare in advance for flower arrangements accordingly, taking into consideration the best minimum cost without sacrificing standard.
- Support and follow through with implementation of new flower arrangements.
- Ensure the flower workshop is clean and flowers on sale are always fresh and well presented.
- Maintain good rapport with all departments and ensure leadership is kept fully aware of all feedback from either guests or other departments.
