Flow Controller

The Flow Controller is responsible for managing the procurement and planning of materials and components required for manufacturing highly customized, engineer-to-order (ETO) products.This role involves close coordination with engineering, production, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials aligned with unique customer specifications.The position requires proficiency in SAP and a strong understanding of ETO production models.Key Responsibilities: Planning & Scheduling Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales orders and engineering designs.Convert master production schedules into detailed material requirements using SAP MRP.Coordinate with engineering to ensure BOMs and routings are accurate and up-to-date for each ETO order.Procurement Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP.Source and procure raw materials, components, and services required for custom builds.Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers.ETO-S...
