As a Flowback Operator, you will lead shifts independently while operating in various weather conditions. Safety is a priority, and you will participate in HSE training and safety meetings. Strong computer and communication skills are essential for this position to ensure smooth operations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and operate test equipment safely
• Monitor controls and record test data accurately
• Comply with HSE manual and company policies
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the shop
• Perform equipment maintenance pre- and post-job
Requirements:
• 18 years or older and able to pass drug screening
• Strong understanding of flowback theory
• Ability to work overtime and travel overnight
