FM Engineer - Civil

We are looking for a skilled Facility Management Engineer (Civil) to manage civil maintenance, repairs and projects across multiple facilities. The candidate must have strong experience in building fabric, structural works and finishing works with hands‑on expertise in diagnosing and resolving site issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee civil maintenance and repair activities across facilities.
• Manage and supervise work related to concrete (colored stamped concrete, RCC structures and structural repairs), block work and masonry, painting and gypsum works, waterproofing systems, interlock and external paving works.
• Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting, including rainwater leakage issues, structural defects and cracks, waterproofing failures.
• Handle carpentry and joinery works including doors (bi‑folding, sliding), pergolas and wooden structures.
