  • Develop the annual building and facility maintenance plan, including proposals for major repair and refurbishment works.
  • Supervise and coordinate planned and ad‑hoc building, facility, and infrastructure maintenance activities.
  • Maintain and continuously update building, facility, utility, and energy-related documentation, drawings, records, and KPI data.
  • Technically prepare and coordinate infrastructure and facility investment projects, from concept through implementation.
  • Ensure local implementation, application, and compliance with corporate FM, energy, safety, and technical standards, as well as relevant legal requirements.
  • Manage, structure, and update FM department documentation, ensuring transparency, traceability, and audit readiness.
  • Ensure the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Energy Management System in accordance with ISO 50001 and corporate energy management rules...
