Job Description

We are seeking an experienced FM Engineer to oversee facility management operations for high-rise buildings and commercial properties in the UAE. The role involves managing maintenance activities, ensuring efficient operation of mechanical and electrical systems, supervising technical teams, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Facility Management
  • Experience in high-rise building maintenance operations
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance planning
  • Ability to manage technical teams and contractors
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
