We are hiring FM Supervisors / Team Leaders to supervise daily maintenance operations and coordinate technical teams in high-rise building facilities. The role includes planning maintenance schedules, monitoring work quality, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting smooth facility operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in Facility Management operations
  • Experience in high-rise building maintenance required
  • Strong team supervision and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of maintenance planning and execution
  • Ability to coordinate site operations and technical personnel
  • Good communication and reporting skills
