Location: Texcoco, State of Mexico (100% on-site, Mon–Fri 9:00 am–6:00 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all food and beverage outlets and services, including Cafeteria, Dining Hall, Catering, Food Truck, Grocery Store, and Vending Machines.
Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and ensure revenue growth and profitability.
Develop and regularly update the Food and Beverage product and service catalog.
Lead menu planning, nutritional information strategy, and communication materials.
