Are you a proactive leader passionate about food safety, hygiene, and compliance? We are looking for a Food Safety Manager to oversee food safety and environmental compliance across our malting and silo operations. You will lead hygiene teams, drive audit readiness, and promote a strong food safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor 4 hygiene teams (+/- 30 employees), set goals, and ensure smooth workflows.

Ensure sanitation, hygiene, and pest control programs meet all standards.

Manage internal and external audits, corrective actions, and follow-up.

Maintain food safety records and coordinate regulatory and customer audits.

Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Drive food safety culture through training and collaboration with operations, maintenance, and quality teams.
