Sinai Health is looking for a Food Service Representative to support our Patient Food Services Department at Mount Sinai Hospital.
In this role you will:
Meal Delivery Responsibilities
Deliver meal trays, menus, and snacks to patient rooms Replenish bulk nourishment supplies to unit pantry, collect meal trays from patient rooms, clean and sanitize unit pantry Prepare and portion patient menu items, snacks and bulk supplies for unit pantries Patient Meal Preparation Responsibilities
Work on Blean station preparing patient meals Assist with the assembly, distribution, and pick up of patient meal trays Follow portion control guidelines and therapeutic diet restrictions Prepare and re-thermalize food items using the appropriate methods outlined by the department Porter Responsibilities
