  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the food service segment, including consumer packs, premixes, and potential complementary products (food ingredients and related products).
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels across HORECA, bakeries, restaurants, and medium-scale food industries.
  • Drive the implementation of solution selling by offering end-to-end food solutions rather than single-product sales.
  • Manage and develop product portfolios tailored to food service customers' needs.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and Marketing teams to develop new products aligned with market demands.
  • Initiate and manage partnerships with external partners (ingredient suppliers, packaging providers, etc.) to broaden the range of solutions offered.
