Job Responsibilities
- Compound raw materials for fragrances, cosmetic ingredients, and oral care mint products according to work orders
- Ensure minimal wastage and accurate material usage during production
- Replenish raw materials and maintain optimal production inventory levels
- Operate automated dosing machines and electronic weighing scales safely
- Perform basic troubleshooting when required
- Operate mechanical and diaphragm pumps for material transfer into drums
- Clean and prepare drums for the packing process
- Operate electric stackers and pallet jacks (training provided) for material transport within warehouse
- Record production output, including packed drums and yield variances (gains/losses)
- Follow strict PPE requirements and comply with SOPs and work instructions at all times
