Job Description

                MacRobert Attorneys is looking for a Foreclosure Secretary in the Financial Recoveries Department of our Pretoria Branch

Requirements/Experience: 

At least 3+ years experience in a similar environment - managing and attending to Foreclosure portfolios 

Drafting of legal documents; summons, affidavits, notices

Attend to legal queries from debtors 

Coordinate with clients, debtors and sheriff offices

Experience using AJS Accounting system is advantageous 

Postage of legal fees and disbursements

Able to work in a high volume, deadline driven environment 

Ability to work effectively in order to ensure a quick turnaround time 

Strong communication skills
