Job Title: Foreman – Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend blueprints and shop drawings.
• Spearhead a team of field employees to ensure high efficiency.
• Perform steel stud framing, drywall, and acoustic ceiling work.
• Schedule project workforce needs in collaboration with the Project Manager and report to the General Contractor.
• Lead safety meetings and conduct workplace assessments/inspections regularly.
• Champion daily administration such as timecards, field reports, schedule updates, and project team correspondence.
• Ensure quality standards are met and assist in managing the project Quality Control program, tracking deficiencies.
• Arrange deliveries and submit material requests.
• Complete daily reports using Plexxis and Salus applications.
• Perform Time and Materials work using EWA’s in the Site Supervisor app.
