Job Description
Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics and/or an NQF Level 4 qualification will be advantageous. A minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience within a construction environment. Sound knowledge of construction processes and various construction trades. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Competence in setting out and leveling. Working knowledge of construction materials, plant, and equipment. Proven ability to coordinate and manage construction teams. Experience in staff management and an understanding of labour legislation. Strong knowledge of safety requirements, including occupational health and safety legislation. Fully bilingual. No Criminal Record. Medically Fit.
The candidate will manage a specific contract or section of works, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met, and will coordinate with the Site Agent and General Foreman.
