Job Description

A Foreman is responsible for supervising workers on a job site. They make sure tasks are completed properly, safely, and on time while coordinating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage workers on site
• Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress
• Ensure work is done according to plans and standards
• Maintain safety rules and regulations
• Inspect work quality and fix problems
• Coordinate tools, materials, and manpower
• Report progress to supervisors or managers
• Train and guide new workers

Requirements:

• Experience in construction or related field
• Leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to read plans or instructions
