Job Description

Education

  • Community college diploma.
  • Certification as a journeyperson under the Ontario College of Trades in one of the following trades (welder, electrician, maintenance mechanic.) Work Experience and Skills
  • Experience with project management to oversee, plan, manage and coordinate staff and contractors on numerous projects.
  • The ability to organize and allocate manpower and equipment.
  • The ability to follow detailed blueprints, sketches, and plans.
  • Ability to work within budgets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor employees.
  • Ability to work in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment.
