Technical/Functional Skills SRE/PSM role with support and maintenance responsibilities. Has to work with onshore/nearshore/offshore team members for any production issue resolution. Engage with business stakeholders and customers on regular basis. Participate on recurring & ad-hoc business meetings. Engagement in Knowledge Transfer sessions with Dev Teams and Business partners during the design and development phases of new applications, or added features/functionality to existing applications to enhance the resiliency of said application.
