Forklift Operator

Our client is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy and safety-focused manufacturing environment based in Hornby, Christchurch. There are day shift and afternoon shifts available. This is a full-time role with opportunities for training and upskilling within a supportive team environment.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations across a fast-paced site, ensuring product is moved efficiently and safely throughout the facility.

Key responsibilities

• At least 1 year experience operating a forklift (counterbalance and/or reach)
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Supplying production lines with materials
• Wrapping, stacking and storing finished goods
• Performing routine checks on equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following all health & safety procedures and site protocols
