Job Description

About the role:
You own the outbound motion and turn it into a disciplined, repeatable, multi-segment engine, without losing the personalization that makes it land.
You won’t be inventing the playbook from scratch. There’s already a research and prospecting engine in place: an Airtable-based prospect database, an AI agent running daily account intelligence, a signal taxonomy with decay windows, a Fit Score for prioritization. Your job is to operate that engine across four buyer segments, book qualified conversations, and tighten the motion as you go.
This is the first dedicated growth hire. If it proves out, you build and lead the function under you.

Segmented outbound across four verticals -
Research, list-building, sequencing, and personalized messaging tuned to each buyer segment.
