Founding GTM Engineer
who can bridge the gap between engineering, growth, sales, and operations.
This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a builder role.
What You'll Do
Design and build outbound growth systems from scratch
Automate lead generation, enrichment, and prospecting workflows
Develop AI-powered GTM processes using tools, APIs, and LLMs
Build internal growth tools and dashboards
Integrate CRM, marketing, sales, and analytics systems
Run experiments across outbound, inbound, and product-led growth channels
Create scalable prospecting engines using Clay, Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, and similar platforms
