Position: Internal Finance / FP&A Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $75–$100/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Build long-horizon finance tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth. Develop scenarios in Planning , Management reporting , and Operating finance with checkable answers. Create budgets, headcount plans, and unit economics that reconcile to source data. Design variance bridges and board-pack KPIs with fixed ground-truth decomposition and defined calculations. Construct driver-based opex walks and scenario models with specified inputs and expected outputs. Work independently and asynchronously to produce high-quality finance artifacts.
