Job Description
The Fragrance Experience Manager drives retail excellence across a portfolio of luxury fragrance and make‑up brands within an assigned territory. As L’Oréal Luxe's primary olfactory and artistry education expert , the role holder elevates the in-store client experience and builds sustained Beauty Advisor capability—operating with autonomy and luxury sensibility befitting a senior field representative. This is a dual-skilled position structured around a 70% fragrance / 30% make‑up split .
