Overview

The Franchise Multi Unit Food Operations Representative serves as the primary liaison between franchised locations and the corporate office, supporting multi-unit operations, financial performance, and franchisee relationships.

This role supports brands including Yogen Früz, Pinkberry, Yogurty's, Sweet Jesus, and YEH! Yogurt.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular in-store visits (audits + working sessions) across multiple locations
• Oversee performance across multiple stores, including sales, labour, and COGS
• Analyze P&L statements, KPIs, and sales reports to drive improvements
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, OHSA & ESA regulations
• Provide hands-on coaching to franchisees and store teams
• Support new store openings, hiring, and training execution
