Job Description

This role is responsible for the development, design, maintenance, and communication of policies, systems, and processes to ensure an effective franchise management framework. It also involves assessing, reviewing, and recommending program content and design tailored for franchise stakeholders.


Policy Management

  • Develops systems and processes aligned with the provisions of franchise agreements to address current and future business needs; coordinates with relevant teams as needed
  • Reviews existing systems and policies to ensure continued relevance; recommends and implements necessary updates
  • Communicates new policies or changes to stakeholders and gains alignment and support
