FRC Manager

Lead and oversee the 24/7 operations of all four NTU Fault Reporting Centres (FRC/FCC). Possess strong ACMV system knowledge and effective customer handling skills. Manage fault escalation, issue resolution, and operational coordination for complex systems including labs and cleanrooms. Ensure smooth workflow and SOP compliance within FRC operations. Respond swiftly to urgent issues or emergencies, coordinating with relevant site teams. Participate in system commissioning, defect identification, and troubleshooting (e.g., power tripping). Plan and deploy manpower support for NTU events or special arrangements. Supervise engineering staff and specialist subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant task completion. Allocate tasks proactively and monitor subcontractor performance. Conduct routine site inspections to ensure work aligns with specifications and client expectations.
