Enhance business performance as the Project Management & Commercial Lead in Fredericton, Canada. Focus on driving project excellence while mentoring project managers and guiding business-focused initiatives.
Reporting to the Senior PMCL, you will be instrumental in coaching teams, overseeing project performance, and embedding effective project management practices. Lead various projects while enhancing commercial outcomes and strategically influencing business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach project managers and project controls staff
• Champion Stantec’s project management practices
• Act as a Project Independent Reviewer for critical projects
• Provide feedback on team performance and training needs
• Support proactive health and safety practices across projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 10+ years' experience
