We are looking for a Freelancer to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/HR or related field.
2. Experience working in Human Resources, preferably with freelancers.
3. Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Effective communication skills with all levels of staff, both orally and in writing.
7. Ability to think critically and creatively when faced with challenging situations.
8. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into meaningful reports and insights.
