Job Description
1. Personal Care / Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
Support with dressing and mobility (walking, wheelchair transfer, bed transfer)
Feeding assistance (if required)
2. Health Monitoring & Medication
Remind or assist clients to take prescribed medication
Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc.)
Observe and report any changes in health condition to family or supervisor
3. Nutritional Support
Prepare or heat up simple meals according to dietary requirements
Assist with feeding for clients who are unable to feed themselves
Ensure hydration and proper nutrition
4. Household Support
Perform light housekeeping related to the client (laundry, tidying, changing bedsheets)
