- Network Coordination: Act as the primary link between global partners, shipping lines, and transport provider.
- Customs & Compliance: Take charge of customs clearances and international trade documentation with high accuracy.
- Client Advocacy: Provide a high-touch service experience, offering strategic insights and real-time updates.
- Commercial Oversight: Maintain file profitability through accurate job costing and financial management.
