Job Summary

Axalta is looking for a French Speaking - Customer Service Representative for our facility in Asturias, Spain. The role involves receiving and processing customer orders, providing service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction on complex and export orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for existing and potential external customers, serving as a subject matter expert for internal escalations.
  • Manage customer service inquiries to ensure requirements are met; receive and process regular and complex orders; proactively notify late orders due to product availability or transportation issues.
  • Make root cause analysis, solve problems, and process customer complaints and returns according to the Complaint Management process and return policies, including deliveries, payments, and invoices issues.
