Experience in Customer Relationship Management
Provide customer service to all stakeholders, manage reception duty and answer telephone enquiries
Provide administrative support such as printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, data entry as part of the School Admin Team.
Technical Skills:
Possess minimum 3 GCE “N” Level Passes or Nitec or Higher Nitec in relevant courses such as Office skills/Customer relations or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in Customer Relationship Management
Education and Experience:
N Level or Equivalent, 2-4 Yrs of Front Desk/ Admin
