Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator to join the team of International Hotel School and be the face of our SAE Pretoria Campus. The ideal candidate will be organised, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments.

The best fit for this position would be someone who is excited about being the first point of contact at the campus.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
