Job Summary:

The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative duties, including managing office supplies, coordinating communications, and assisting the HR department. This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle office bills (electricity, courier, rent) and ensure timely payments and filings.
  • Sort and redistribute incoming documents, including memos, invoices, and couriers.
  • Monitor office supply stock levels and submit requisitions to maintain adequate supplies.
  • Track outgoing couriers and ensure timely handovers to courier personnel. Follow up on any delivery issues.
