Responsibilities
- Operate PABX Console system smoothly to carry out swift internal & external telecommunication of the company by transferring the calls to the required extensions.
- Taking messages from and providing necessary information to the walk-in persons at the front desk.
- Maintain accurate recordsof visitors and customers.
- Maintain daily record ofall the incoming and outgoing local, national, and international couriers.
- Maintain daily record ofall outgoing dialled calls.
- Greeting visitors at themeeting room and inform the relevant office employee.
- Handle all undelivered andwrongly delivered couriers.
- Deal with problematicsituations in a professional manner and adequately communicate pertinentinformation.
