Description
Responsibilities:

+ Welcome and check in/check out patients at the front desk

+ Verify insurance coverage and update patient information

+ Manage incoming calls, voicemails, and patient inquiries

+ Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration

+ Maintain accurate records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system

+ Support administrative and clerical duties as needed


Requirements
Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ Previous office, customer service, retail, sales experience

+ Previous patient services, medical receptionist, or healthcare customer service experience preferred

+ Familiarity with data entry and reporting systems preferred

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

+ Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
