Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Visitor Management: Welcome guests, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Communication: Answer, screen, and route multi-line phone calls, and respond to emails or inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Scheduling: Book and confirm appointments, manage meeting room calendars, and coordinate schedules.
  • Correspondence: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Office Organization: Maintain a clean reception area and monitor inventory levels to order office supplies as needed.
  • Security: Enforce office security protocols, such as issuing visitor badges and maintaining sign-in logs

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.
