Responsibilities
- Assist with daily front office operations, including reception and answering calls
- Handle guest enquiries and assist with accommodation bookings, check‑ins, and check‑outs
- Provide administrative support to the Events Coordinator
- Help coordinate guest logistics for events and functions
- Support the management of accommodation on the estate
- Assist in supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring rooms are prepared to standard
- Maintain accurate booking records and general admin duties
- Support day‑to‑day operational needs as the accommodation offering expands
Qualifications
- Qualification in Tourism, Hospitality, or similar
- 1–3 years’ experience in hospitality, tourism, or administrative role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
