Front Office - Receptionist | Fix-term contract

Job Description

We are looking for a receptionist to join Hotel Sir Victor in Barcelona, who will be the first point of contact for our guests and manage all aspects of their stay. We are seeking someone passionate about hospitality, with a strong service mindset and enthusiasm for creating unique experiences for each guest.

This Is What You’re Going To Do

• Make the check-in and check-out for our guests.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
• Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests.
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns.
• Inform clients of our hotel services, including breakfast and dining options.
• Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered.
• Communicate with Housekeepers, Maintenance and Restaurants Departments to provide an overall comfortable guest experience.
