Job Description

• Act as the face of IBIS Budget London Whitechapel, extending a warm welcome to guests and putting their well‑being at the heart of everything you do.
• Be present and visible in the lobby, establishing a warm and personalized relationship with guests to create memorable moments.
• Prioritise guest relations while following required administrative procedures.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, handle requests for information and connect them with the appropriate team members.
• Assist the Food & Beverage team when needed, including jumping to the bar and helping guests.
